Steve Pizzi

Hello and welcome to Firenze Real Estate Group,

As a 35 year resident of Orange County, California, I have enjoyed and benefited from living in one of the most beautiful places the world has to offer.  As your Broker and REALTOR®, I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience working together in making one of your life's most important decisions finding your dream home and investment properties so that you too can enjoy the beauty and opportunities that Orange County has to offer.  Whether you're new to the area and looking to purchase just the right home, ready to Sell and move right here in your local neighborhood, an investor, or have to relocate out of the area, my goal will be to make your Sale or Purchase a rewarding and joy filled experience.  I will always be Authentic and build a Trust and Relationship that will never be compromised.  

My goal is to keep your dream alive, stay passionate and motivate you to move on to your next exciting adventure in Real Estate.  I will provide you with professional guidance and direction to turn your dream into a reality.

When I first arrived in Orange County, the outlying areas of the Saddleback Valley: Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Irvine, Foothill and many more were yet to be developed.  And Newport Beach, well it just kept on growing.  I spent many years designing projects from Newport, Laguna, down to Dana Point, San Clemente and from Irvine, Huntington, throughout the valley to Coto and beyond.  I watched the surrounding foothills fill with building projects.  I've been involved with hundreds of projects of tract and custom homes and my association with developers, developments, and home styles has given me a wide array of knowledge, experience and the diverse history of housing in Orange County.

While my Buyer and Seller clients are primarily concerned with what fits the needs of their families and the future of a very important life investment, they want an informed opinion of the Market Value of their home Sale or Purchase.  I will provide you, my clients, with a detailed explanation of how home values are determined (and sustained) beyond the usual supply and demand analysis.  My valuations of properties are derived from a very specific set  of skills and experience as a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser.  My education, keen insight, knowledge and experience in the valuation of Single Family and Multi-Family homes has been a tremendous asset to my career in Real Estate. 

Being your Broker is another responsibility, as I am required to maintain standards that far exceed what is expected of a real estate salesperson and I continue to maintain education at all levels to keep myself ever vigilant and on guard.  There have been awards and certifications that I have received along the way, while always appreciated, the most important attribute is Authenticity and Trust.  As your Broker, Authenticity, Trust and Building Relationships, will be required of all who work with me in our Group, and all the entities and partnerships that I associate myself with.

Sheri Pizzi

Sheri, a Licensed REALTOR®, has had a passion for Real Estate all her life.  Prior to attaining her Real Estate License, she worked as a loan officer facilitating homeowners by helping them secure new home mortgages.  By working from that perspective of the business, and now as a REALTOR®, and Property Manager she has a full knowledge of the Real Estate profession.
She went into property management early on as a REALTOR® and has the right personality and passion to work successfully with both the home owners and the tenants.  Her passion for responsive, Customer Service and her understanding of what truly matters most in real estate ownership has enabled her to maintain wonderful on-going and lasting relationships with all her clients.  

She understands the concerns that property owners have with regard to caring for their investment properties and is always mindful of the costs involved, making every possible effort to keep the costs down while achieving quality results.

Sheri moved to Orange County 35 years ago, raised her two children here, and now enjoys her extended family, including two grandsons, who also live in Orange County.  She has been involved in and served in both church and community organizations in Orange County and has an intimate knowledge of the Orange County area.
When Sheri and Steve first moved to Orange County they started and operated an architectural contracting business and had the opportunity to design and build many fine custom home projects with unparalleled distinction.  This has given them first hand knowledge of home styles and communities throughout Orange County.  As the Co-Owner, office manager and on-site collaborator for their contracting business, Sheri gained an unusually sound knowledge of all the elements of the home building process which has been a valuable asset to Sheri in her role as a Property Manager.

Sheri’s team of contractors and vendors, which she has used for many years, are knowledgeable, experienced, and professional and are an asset to her as she manages and maintains the properties that you have entrusted to her care.  You’ll love working with Sheri and enjoy her positive, upbeat personality as well as her ability to accurately assess repair and maintenance needs at the properties she manages.


Tim Hocking

Tim Hocking is a REALTOR® and a real estate professional.  He graduated from California State University, Fullerton, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He has 12+ years of experience in real estate, sales and team management. Tim has been a resident of Southern California for over 15 years, and specializes in creating and sustaining a valuable relationship with all of his clients.

Buying a home can be a complicated and emotional process.  Tim takes the time to listen to every client’s needs, focusing on their desires and making them his first priority.  Your specific goals are his goals, and he helps turn your dreams into a reality.

Tim’s goal is to represent his clients with integrity, with their best interest in mind. Tim’s alliance with Mortgage Brokers, Title, and Escrow Services give his clients access to the most respected service providers in the industry.

Tim’s passion for helping people and the environment has led him to take on the challenge of being Firenze Real Estate Group’s first Green Ambassador. Among other things, one of Tim’s goals is to help reduce Firenze’s carbon footprint and be a leader in the environmental climate that concerns us all.

In his free time, Tim loves to be on the water. If he is not on a boat, you will find him on a kayak or a wave (sometimes both at the same time!) or with a fishing pole in his hands.  Never fear, he keeps his cell phone close at hand at all times in a waterproof case ready to take your call.
